Clubs operating in a wide range of fields from art, culture, and media to science, technology, and engineering, health and professional development, education, psychology, to social sciences, offer students opportunities to develop themselves according to their interests. These clubs, which range from business and entrepreneurship to sports and nature activities, from international cultural solidarity to social responsibility projects, also help students showcase their individual talents and develop team spirit.

Among the new clubs launched in the 2024-2025 academic year are the Artificial Intelligence Club, Entrepreneurship and Start-up Club, Electrical and Electronic Technology Club, Mathematics Club, Preschool Teaching Club, Wildlife and Exotic Animals Club, and Technology and Medical Innovations Club. These clubs aim to foster students’ active and stronger connections with technology, innovation, and scientific research in line with the needs of the times.
The Artificial Intelligence Club, one of Near East University’s leading clubs in technology and innovation, has quickly attracted attention with its operations. The club, which became active in 2024, brings together students interested in software development, artificial intelligence algorithms, robotics, data science, and machine learning.
The highly popular Artificial Intelligence Club has two distinct working groups. The social group brings members together with film screenings themed around artificial intelligence and technology, while the academic group aims to organize bootcamps focused on coding, data science, and software. Through competitions and hackathons, students have the opportunity to put their learning into practice and gain teamwork experience.

The Entrepreneurship and Start-up Club aims to guide young people on their path to realizing their dreams of creating their own business ideas. The club provides creative thinking-encouraging events, mentorship programs, and opportunities to meet with experienced entrepreneurs, helping students enter the business world with solid steps. Especially in today’s world, where digitalization and innovative ideas are at the forefront, this club provides young people with significant opportunities in areas such as business development, marketing, financial planning, and investment processes.
