As of the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year, new arrangements have been introduced regarding the examination procedures for common courses offered across our University.
Accordingly, the E-Examinations for the common courses coded AIT 100-101-102, AIT 200-103-104, TUR 100-101-102, YIT 100-101-102, BIL 100-101-102, COM 100-101-102, ING 100-101-102, and ENG 100-101-102 will be held at the Central Computer Laboratories within the date ranges specified below:
Courses Offered on a Semester Basis
- Midterm Examinations: October 5, 2026 – November 20, 2026
- Final Examinations: November 23, 2026 – December 29, 2026
Courses Offered on an Academic-Year Basis
- Midterm Examinations: October 5, 2026 – December 29, 2026
The dates indicated above are inclusive of both the starting and ending dates.
Students will be able to make a reservation for a suitable date and time within the specified examination periods via uzebim.digital/odk. Reservations are mandatory for both midterm and final examinations. To avoid any inconvenience during the examination process, students are strongly advised not to leave their reservation until the last day.
In order to ensure that the examination process runs smoothly, students are required to review the E-Examination guidelines and the instructional video explaining how to make an examination reservation.
