Özay Günsel Children’s University, the first and the only Children’s University of Cyprus, will continue with new workshops during the 2019-2020 academic year semester break.

According to the information given by Özay Günsel Children’s University, the February Semester Break program, where the children will learn and rest and also have fun, was announced. The February Semester Break program, which includes a variety of fun activities, from sports activities, laboratory experiments, nature and observation activities to social responsibility projects, will start on February 10, 2020.The February Holiday program, which was prepared to support the learning process of children through fun experiences, will be held between 10-15 February 2020.

Rector of Özay Günsel Children’s University Prof. Dr. Filiz Meriçli said that children aged between 6-17 who have not yet met Özay Günsel Children’s University have been invited to participate in a one-week February Semester Break program to experience the beauty of being a child university student. Stating that students who attend the Summer and Fall semester programs and who have credit deficits can complete their credits by participating in the February Semester Break program.

Prof. Dr. Meriçli stated that they are planning fun activities and educational programs. Expressing that they aim to develop the technical, artistic, visual and perceptual skills and abilities of children with applied lessons in the university environment, Prof. Dr. Filiz Meriçli stated that children can also benefit from the experiences of the academic staff of Near East University.
