Near East University, ranked among the top 500 universities in the world, will bid farewell to over 2,600 graduates with a four-day Graduation Ceremony starting on June 22nd at NEU Event Park.

Near East University, ranked among the top 500 universities in the world, is preparing to send off a total of 2,613 students who graduated from 21 faculties, 3 vocational schools, and the Graduate Education Institute in the spring semester of 2025-2026. The “Graduation Ceremony,” which will begin on Monday, June 22nd and last for four days, will be held at NEU Event Park every evening at 8 PM. Before the ceremonies, students will experience the excitement of graduation with a performance by DJ Ece Kanmaz.

The first ceremony, to be held on Monday, June 22nd; 548 students will graduate from Atatürk University’s Faculties of Education, Science and Literature, Fine Arts and Design, Law, Theology, and Communication, as well as the Vocational School. At the second ceremony on Tuesday, June 23rd, 809 students from the Faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Architecture, Sports Sciences, Tourism, and the Vocational School of Health Services will receive their diplomas. At the third ceremony on Wednesday, June 24th, 692 students from the Faculties of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Nursing, Engineering, Health Sciences, Agriculture, Artificial Intelligence, and Informatics will graduate. At the final ceremony on Friday, June 26th, 564 students from the Faculties of Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, and Veterinary Medicine will take their first steps into their professional lives.

Stating that over 2,600 students will receive their diplomas at the 2025-2026 Spring Semester graduation ceremonies, Near East University Rector Prof. Dr. Tamer Şanlıdağ said, “As one of the top 500 universities in the world, we will send our graduates to all corners of the world.” Emphasizing that the students successfully completed their university journey with knowledge, effort, and determination, Prof. Dr. Şanlıdağ said, “Every student we graduate not only completes the education process; they also gain a strong foundation that they will use throughout their lives.” Saying “Our greatest success is that our graduates can move forward with knowledge, ethical values, and self-confidence wherever they go.” Prof. Dr. Şanlıdağ invited all students and their families to the graduation ceremonies, which will begin on June 22nd and last for four days.
