Applicants wishing to receive scholarship-funded education in the 245 master’s and doctoral programs within the Near East University Graduate Education Institute, can apply by submitting their application form, a copy of their undergraduate diploma and transcript, their ALES exam results (for Turkish citizens), a copy of their ID card or passport, and a letter of recommendation (if applicable) to [email protected].
