Its Faculty of Artificial Intelligence and Informatics, established after completing the necessary approvals, has begun accepting students for the 2025-2026 academic year. Listed as the only faculty focused on AI in the university preference guide, Near East University’s Faculty of Artificial Intelligence and Informatics aims to train well-equipped professionals suited to the changing needs of the world. Providing bilingual education in Turkish and English, the faculty accepts students in the departments of Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence Engineering, Cyber Security Engineering, Data Analysis, Management Information Systems, and Information and Document Management. The faculty also offers students the opportunity to undertake internships at research centers within the university or at external institutions in line with their preferences.
