Our recruitment policy solely aims to hire the candidate having the competencies, qualifications and corporate culture which are the most suitable to the open position at the Near East University.

In the selection and placement process candidates who are deemed eligible in accordance with the required qualifications for the open positions are invited for a “Competency Based Interview” and/or “Performance Based Interview”. The interviews are conducted either individually or by a committee, depending on the nature and requirements of the position. The candidates who are deemed most suitable for the position are passed to the reference and proposal process, and the candidates who are unable to continue through the process are informed via e-mail.
