Employment Process at Near East University
The recruitment process begins with the collection of applications for open positions in line with the requirements of the relevant departments.First of all, the applications that have been checked by the Human Resources Department and the relevant department administrator, and applicants who meet the job description and qualifications sought are invited by the Human Resources Department for an interview. Following interviews held by the Human Resources and Recruitment Committee, the Human Resources Department has an interview with the eligible candidates to offer a position.
