Near East University Faculty of Communication is holding a seminar on Life with Turtles

Near East University Faculty of Communication is jointly organising a seminar with the Society for the Protection of Turtles on Life with Turtles which is expected to ring environmentalists together.

According to the press info release issued by the Directorate of Press and Public Relations of Near East University, Chairman of the Project of the Society for the Protection of Turtles, Robin Snape, Faculty of Communication is jointly organising a seminar which is sponsored by Northern Cyprus Turkcell (KKTCell) and at the seminar, information on life with Caretta Carettas, a turtle species under protection, will be provided. It was pointed out that the seminar will be held on Thursday, 27th July, 2017 at 11:00 at NEU Faculty of Communication Hall 13.

Providing brief detail on the Caretta Carettas, it was expressed that they liked warm climate, and that they Cyprus was their main nesting location. In this regard, the Project Manager of the Society for the Protection of Turtles Robin Snape will be providing vital information regarding these turtles to help the endangered species to be protected against extinction.
