What is Biblio Therapy?
Biblio Therapy, in short, means treatment with a book. In other words; Biblio Therapy is a treatment method that is used at the right time, by bringing the right book together with the right person, to understand the emotional problems of the person, to address the problems of adaptation to life, and to recognize the specific needs of the person’s developmental periods. The term Biblio Therapy comes from the Greek language. This term consists of the combination of the words “biblion” (book) and “therapeo” (recovery). The meaning of this word, in terms of semantics, is “recovery through books”. In the therapy process of Biblio Therapy, it is aimed to identify the feelings of the person, to know what he feels and to live his innerness correctly. To accomplish this, the therapy material to be used is of great importance.

What is Art Therapy?
This technique, which emerged in the USA in the 1950s, is spreading rapidly worldwide today. The story of the emergence of art therapy as a form of therapy is also interesting. American psychologists started by studying the pictures drawn by ancient people in the caves. They caught the attention of psychologists by expressing various massacres, migrations through art, and they were thinking about why they celebrate the arrival of spring or summer, why they perform different rituals, what dances they do. After all, they discovered that all this had a comforting aspect on people. Metaphors and symbols are used abundantly in Art Therapy. In other words, the things that arise do not necessarily reflect the problem. This method can be used effectively if it is impossible or too difficult for people to face their own pain.

What is Film Therapy?
Although psychotherapy has been seen as a scientific system where clients have been relieved by explaining their stresses, problems, stress factors occurring in their daily lives, psychotherapy continues to be a challenging and painful process. During the psychotherapy process, clients discover life situations that they in fact know but have not been aware of throughout their lives, traumatic experiences, and memories that they imbedded in their subconscious. Therapists who realized this situation, suggested different ways and created different types of psychotherapy. Film Therapy is also used on clients as one of the newest of these different psychotherapy methods. The film therapy, which was first mentioned in the book titled “The Motion Picture Prescription” and written by Gary Solomon, a professor of psychology in 1995, is a solution to the problems, traumatic experiences and stressful events that occur in their daily lives. It is based on producing and discussing the related situations.
