With the support of the Yeşilırmak and Yedidalga Municipality, Near East University Dean of Students supplied an opportunity to attend the ‘11. Traditional Strawberry Festival’ in the dates between 29 May – 1 April.
As press declared, variety of foods and drinks were served while handicrafts were exhibited and sold. There was an over interest to Cypriot handicrafts such as ‘sesta’, ‘sele’ and weave. Our students tried to do some crafts. Music concerts and folk dances were performed.
Students picked and eat strawberries until satiated. They took part in natural trips and experienced with all shades of green in nature.
