With the support of the Degirmenlik Municipality, Near East University Dean of Students supplied an opportunity to attend the ‘5. Culture and Art Festival of Kalavac’ in 17 April.
As part of festival, variety of food and drinks was served while handicrafts were exhibited and sold. There was an over interest to Cypriot handicrafts such as ‘sesta’, ‘sele’ and ‘weave’. Our students tried to do some crafts. Music concerts and folk dances were performed.
