Following the policy of “Right Time, Right Place, Right Person” policy in the recruitment process, the university follows a fair and equitable way to employ the persons who are highly motivated, dedicated to their work and to the institutional culture.

For vacancies, a job advertisement is publicized to invite the applicants who have appropriate qualifications for the vacancy. Following this, the applications having the required competencies and qualifications are carefully assessed by the Human Resources authorities through a preliminary interview. The candidates who are eligible for the position are then interviewed by the departmental managers and job offers are made accordingly.

All job applications made are kept in the Human Resources database for assessment purposes for the positions to be opened in the future.
