I was born in 1984, Nicosia , North Cyprus. After graduating from TMK in 2001, I started Ankara University Faculty of Medicine and graduated in 2007. I completed my neurology education as an neurology specialist from Ankara Resarch and Training Hospital in 2012. I completed my dissertation ’Clinical Characteristics of Patients with Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension’’ at the special headache center. During my neurology education, I actively studied on peripheral nerve blockades and botulinum toxin therapy in headache patients. I had my Turkish Neurology Board certification in 2012. In 2014, I passed neurology board examination held by European Academy of Neurology and conferred the title ‘’Fellow of the European Board of Neurology’’.

I am working as a full time research assistant and neurologist in Near East University Faculty of Medicine and Kyrenia University Faculty of Medicine since September 2016. My special interest area is headache, peripheral nerve blockades in headache patients and electromyography. Up to date, I had 5 oral presentations and many poster presentations in international and national conferences. I have 17 articles and scientific reports in English literature which are all indexed in international databases. The topics of these original articles are acute treatment of cerebrovascular diseases and headache.

My articles and researches were citated 25 times by the end of 2017.
