She was born in Famagusta,Cyprus on 17 May 1981. She graduated in Famagusta Alasya Primary School and Namık Kemal High School in first place. During her high school education she attended TUBITAK Physics Olimpics and she awarded with Cyprus region first place. In 1998 OSS and OYS exam she got the first place in all branches in Cyprus region and started her education in Hacettepe University Medicine Faculty. Between 2005-2010 she worked as research asistant in Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Neurology. During this period she has lots of presentations in national and international congress. She gained laboratory animals practice sertificate and prepared her thesis in this issue. She achieved Turkish Neurological Society Board sertificate in Neurology and awarded with the degree of ‘Fellow of the European Board of Neurology’ in 2013.

In December 2010 she turned back North Cyprus and started to work in Near East University Department of Neurology. She gained associate professor degree in 2016. She is a charter and board member of Cyprus Turkish Neurological Society and a member of Turkish Neurological Society, Cyprus Clinical Neurophysiology Society , Parkinson Disease Society, Turkish EEG-EMG Clinical Neurophysiology Society. She is interested in cerebrovascular diseases, cognitive disorders, clinical neurophysiology and neuromuscular disorders.
