Tourism Research and Development Centre which was established under the Near East University aims to create scientifically-based projects by gathering the academicians and tourism sector together.
Tourism Research and Development Centre makes academic studies and projects in order to provide the right steps for planning and shaping the realization of planned investments, development of existing structure at the national and international sector and attribute of the sustainable basis appropriate to the reality of the country in the field of tourism.
The works are done in order to contribute a benefit to the national and international tourism mainly in the TRNC for carrying forward the existing situation. Tourism Research and Development Centre makes very disciplinary scientific work and research in order to contribute benefits in the field of national and international tourism policy with its academic staff and postgraduate students. This is enabled by creative and reformer postgraduate students by making new projects that will enable to strengthen the academic staff. It also gives services by organizing programs and giving consultancy in the field of tourism.
The Tourism Research and Development Centre supports and coordinates the national and international projects.
