I was born in Diyarbakir-Turkey in 1957. I completed my primary and secondary educations in different cities of Turkey. I studied the higher education at the Ankara University, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine between 1974 and 1979. After graduation, I assigned as a research assistant at the Anatomy Department of Veterinary Faculty of Ankara University in March 1981. I completed my PhD study in 1985. I assigned as an assistant professor and associated professor in 1988 and 1989, respectively. I moved to the İstanbul in 1990 and four years later, I moved to Aydın. I assigned as a full time professor in Adnan Menderes University-Aydın in 1995. I began to work in Near East University since the fall term of 2016. During the academic life, I published 43 research articles, 2 books and 1 book chapter. My research fields are the vascular system, computed tomography and osteometry of the animals. Additionally, I served as a trainer in the courses of the Basic Training Skill of the academic staff in the Adnan Menderes University. I am married and I have one child.
