Rana Serdaroglu was born on the 26th of December 1987 in Nicosia. She went to Sehit Ertugrul Primary school and Near East Junior College for her primary education. Following, she went to Near East College and graduated in 2004. In 2008, she graduated from the Department of Banking and Finance at Near East University. In 2009/2010, she completed her MSc. Degree on International Marketing at University of Birmingham and completed her PhD education on Business Administrations at Near East University as well as started teaching as a lecturer at the Near East University.
During her Undergraduate education, Rana Serdaroglu has been rewarded by honour and high honour certificates through her academic grade point average. At present, Rana Serdaroglu is acting as International Marketing Communication Manager at International office.
Rana Serdaroglu worked as a current account cashier and has worked in the The Bureau Exchange department at the Near East Bank. She has also attended several marketing research projects of well-known brands as a market researcher in the UK during her postgraduate education.On the other hand, she has attended to an internship program which is sponsored by the TRNC, Ministry of Foreign Affairsin 2012 at the representation office of TRNC in Brussels, Belgium.
She has supervised undergraduate projects on the topics of international marketing and related fields. Her research interests are in the field of International Marketing Strategy, Strategic-brand Management, Fuzzy Logic, Z-numbers, Z-Linear programming, Multicriterial Marketing Mix Problem and Banking and Finance.
