Çetin Lütfi BAYDAR was born in Esslingen in 1966, after completing his primary and secondary education at Izmir he started his medical education at Uludağ University in 1983. In 1989 he graduated as a medical doktor. He completed the military service in 1996. After travelling around in various parts or Anatolia untill 2000 the department from forensic ministry of justice council of forensic medicine . Once Baydar completed residency in 2002, he became the branch director of forensic medicine in Çorum. Later on he began teaching with the associates staff in Süleyman Demirel University Medical School in 2003 after a short term of the group led by forensic scholarship. Baydar carried out his expert witness of the events in an active way in the region of Isparta with all the criminal cases. This made him win the title ‘ Associate’ in 2011. Since the start of 2011, Baydar was given a job in Near East University Hospital Medical School in the department of forensic medicine due to the provisions of article 39 of the law no 2547. Çetin Lütfi Baydar is married and has got three children. He has also got interest in music, pictures, ceramic art and angling as an amateur
