He was born in Istanbul on 3/5/1970. He completed elementary and high school education in Istanbul. He graduated from Trakya University Medical Faculty in 1994.

He worked as a General Practitioner at Corlu Tekirdag State Hospital Emergency Service from 1994 to 1999. In 1997, he attended to the Nuclear Medicine Department, University of Vienna as a guest doctor for a period of 3 months. In 1999, he received a certificate of Office Medical Professionals.

In 2003, he completed his residency prospectively in the Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine Biochemistry and Clinical Biochemistry Department. From 2003 to 2004, he served as director of Bakirkoy Biruni Laboratories.

He served as chief of Adiyaman Maternity and Children’s Hospital Laboratory between the years 2004 – 2005. He founded and served as chief at Cyprus Life Hospital laboratory between 2005 – 2006. He served in the laboratory of Biochemistry at Dr.Burhan Nalbantoglu State Hospital between 2006 – 2010. In 2010, he took part in the establishment of the Near East University Hospital Clinical Laboratory and he still works as Clinical Laboratory Specialist.

He is married and the father of a child.
