Hanifa Teimourian was born on 1980 in Tehran, Iran. She gained a BSc and MSc in physics from Azad Tehran University and Eastern Mediterranean University, respectively. Then she became a Research Assistant in the Department of physics, EMU in 2006. In 2008, she moved to UK to study PhD in astrophysics at university of Hertfordshire and awarded her PhD in May 2013. Her doctoral thesis, entitled, “A search for high redshift radio galaxies within epoch of reionization”.
She cooperate with Institute for Research in Fundamental Sciences (IPM) as visiting research fellow between 2009 and 2010
She was a member of young armature astronomer society in Iran for almost 5 years.
H.Teimourian then took up the position of lecturer in engineering faculty at the Near East University in September 2013.
