Lecturer Chidi Wilson NWEKWO

Chidi Wilson Nwekwo was born in Kaduna State, North-West Nigeria on the 7th of June 1989. He hails from Ugwuoba in Oji-River Local Government Area of Enugu State, located in the South-Eastern part of Nigeria. He moved a lot around parts of Nigeria growing up because of the nature of his Father’s job. He studied at Betty Queen International School, Kaduna State; International secondary school ATBU Bauchi State; Federal Government College Billiri, Gombe State; and Micheal Omonogun Memorial Secondary School Lokoja, Kogi State to obtain his college degree. Then proceeded to Madonna University, Nigeria where he got his Bachelor degree in Biochemistry.

He had a great privilege of working at the National Agency for Food and Drug Aministration and Control (NAFDAC) Area Laboratory, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria as an Intern for a period of 24 weeks. He also taught at Newton College, Iwo, Osun State, Nigeria for a year under the National Youth Service scheme.

He moved further to obtain his Master degree at the prestigious Near East University, North Cyprus in the department of Biomedical Engineering. Chidi is currently doing his Doctoral degree in the same department and also lecturing part-time in the faculty of Engineering, Near East University.
