She was born in Nicosia in 1989. She graduated from Science Highschool in 2006 and started to BSc in psychology in Eastern Mediterranean University. She got an offfer with full scholarship from University of Surrey in UK. She went to University of Surrey in order to study MSc Health Psychology in 2011. Her dissertation title is “ exploring differences in age on symptom expressions among patients with fibromyalgia syndrome”. As reseach topic, she is interested in health psychology and social psychology, especially; the interaction between psychological and physiological state of an individual, differences between ethnic groups in terms of health perspective and their health-related behaviours, exercise and well-being, the role of stress on treatment. Currently has graduate membership of the British Psychological Society. She is still working at Department of Psychology in NEU as part-time since February, 2014.
