She was born on the 28th of February in 1983. She went to The Near East Collage then Türk Maarif Collage and is a GCSE Arts graduate. We went to Oxford Brookes University in 2002 for a month IELTS course and sat for the exam right after the course and got 6.5. She graduated from Eastern Mediterranean University, English Literature Department in 2004 with honors degree. She worked at Cyprus International University for a year as an English Teacher then went to United Kingdom to study English Literature in Leeds Beckett University.

She graduated from Leeds Beckett University in 2007, MA English: 20th Century Literature. She attended to many workshops in Cyprus and one in University of California, Irvine on ‘Teaching through Technology’. She has started her PHD at Near East University in 2014 and graduated in 2017 September.

Her PHD is on English Language Education. Some of her publications are Teacher Opinions on Usage of Mobile Learning in Pre-School Foreign Language Learning, Technology and Drama based Creative Collaborative Writing in Teaching, Play Extracts in English as a Foreign Language Class in Higher Education: An Action Research, Investigating Accommodation in Native–Non-Native Interactions, Enhancing disability awareness and empathy through children’s literature about characters with disabilities: a cognitive stylistic analysis of Rodman Phil brick’s Freak. She has attended to “Yükseköğrenimde Global Eğilimler Ve Kıbrıs” International Conference.

She has published her book called; Material Women in A Room of One’s Own, Three Guineas and Mrs. Dalloway in 2017. She is an Asst. Prof. Dr. Since January 2018. She is teaching English at Near East University since 2006.
